Owner & Founder: Guillermo Lázaro, originally from Oaxaca, Mexico. He now resides in Salinas, California, where — with the support of a team of local farmers — they maintain and care for 11 acres of land for organic agricultural products.
At Ald & Y Organic Farm, they grow and harvest a wide variety of agricultural and organic products such as lettuce, cabbage, carrots, chili peppers, tomatillos, two types of kale, sweet strawberries, cilantro, and onions, among other fruits and vegetables.
The farm is certified organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF), ensuring agricultural practices meet the highest standards for selling organic fruits and vegetables.
